Questions

1. I verbally and in a written format identified my values, beliefs, and virtues. These are posted where I review them weekly.

2. I use specific strategies to implement my core values, beliefs, and virtues in my daily thinking, decisions, and behaviors.

3. I use a variety of mindfulness techniques when I am emotionally upset.

4. When upset with others I always begin a conversation by identifying my feeling/s and the specific need I have to calm my emotions.

5. I know how to get my own needs met, therefore I have no need to behave badly, rudely, or hurtful towards family or friends.

6. I feel safe enough with my friends that I speak my truth, APPROPRIATELY, at all times, even when I disagree with them.

7 If someone teases me or attempts to get me to go against my own common sense, I NEVER GIVE IN. I know who I am at my core and I am always true to who I am at my core.
